Величина, характеризующая перенос импульса в турбулентном потоке газа, приводящий при наличии градиента осредненной скорости к появлению касательных напряжений.
Примечание
В плоскопараллельном течении, осредненная скорость V которого зависит только от одной координаты y, касательное напряжение турбулентного трения τ' согласно гипотезе Буссинеска определяется формулой
